Yesterday, Quebec City announced the implementation of a temporary revitalization program for the D’Estimauville Innovation Space. By providing financial assistance in the form of property tax credits for investment, this measure aims to support and stimulate the development of high-tech industrial projects in this strategic sector.

“We are very proud to announce this significant support from the City of Quebec, which confirms the strength and importance of the 2300 Estimauville project, whose completion will help strengthen Quebec City’s position as a center of excellence in the life sciences sector. The conversion of the complex is progressing well, with the recent arrival of our first tenants and ongoing discussions with several others.” Hugues Harvey and Marc LeBel, 2300 Estimauville S.E.C.
