Marc LeBel develops this project in collaboration with HarveyCorp and private local investors, including Mr. François Laflamme, former president of OmegaChem.

It will meet the growing needs in the fields of health and life sciences research. It will help strengthen Quebec City’s healthcare ecosystem. The project will also position the region as a center of excellence in life sciences and health technologies.

The nearly 700,000 sq. ft. building will specifically accommodate companies specializing in the following fields :

  • Medical and diagnostic laboratories
  • Biotechnology-related industrial facilities
  • Pharmaceutical and drug manufacturing facilities
  • Industrial facilities whose main activity is the manufacture of electronic equipment, devices and components in controlled environments (clean rooms)
